We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lay-Z-Spa experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all hot tubs and accessories are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and chemicals are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection for larger hot tub units as directed by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
