What is your standard shipping policy for large items?
We offer free standard shipping on all hot tub units within the continental US. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days via a specialized freight carrier to ensure your spa arrives safely.
Do I need professional plumbing to install my spa?
No, all Lay-Z-Spa models are designed for easy, tool-free setup. They plug into a standard household GFCI outlet and can be filled using a regular garden hose.
What is the return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees may apply.
How often should I change the filter and water?
For optimal hygiene, filter cartridges should be cleaned regularly and replaced every 2 weeks. We recommend a full water change every 1 to 3 months depending on usage and chemical maintenance.
Are Lay-Z-Spas covered by a warranty?
Yes, every spa comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering the pump and liner. You can also extend your warranty by registering your product on our website within 28 days of purchase.
